Equipment We Service

Hydraulic Lifts
Technical inspections and system certification; repair or replacement of cylinders, pumps, hoses, and power units; adjustment of locks and activation cables; and chain inspection, lubrication, repair, or replacement.

Parts Washers
Monthly cleaning and maintenance; solvent supply, replacement, and level adjustment; filtration system and pump service; safe operation checks; and equipment installation, connection, or relocation.

Air Compressors & Compressed Air Systems
Compressor installation and relocation; preventive and corrective maintenance; replacement of motors, valves, filters, pulleys, and belts; and diagnosis of air leaks, pressure loss, and performance issues. We also install and repair air lines, regulators, lubricators, moisture traps, and self-draining filters that help protect pneumatic tools from water buildup.

Pressure Washers
Performance and output pressure inspections; service for pulleys, nozzles, wands, pumps, valves, switches, and pressure lines; maintenance of electric or gasoline motors and detergent systems; and equipment installation, connection, or relocation.

Fuel Transfer Systems & Dispensers
Installation of Fill-Rite, electric, and double-diaphragm pumps; installation and calibration of fuel dispensers; and replacement of hoses, nozzles, filters, pumps, and tanks. Services also include pump and electric motor repairs, electrical or pneumatic adjustments, leak and connection repairs, and flow and pressure checks.

Lubrication Systems
Installation of lubricant and grease dispensing systems; service for pneumatic and electric pumps, nozzles, hose reels, distribution lines, piping, and connections; plus dispenser calibration and leak checks.

Tire Changers & Wheel Balancers
Installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration, including electrical and pneumatic repairs and checks of equipment operation and safety.

Fluid Inventory Control
Guidance, sales, installation, and service for fluid dispensing and inventory control systems. Solutions include Oil Cop for various fluids and Fill-Rite FMS for fuel and DEF. SERVIPAC also calibrates measuring systems connected to dispensers or valves and provides preventive and corrective maintenance for control components.

Custom Service Trucks
SERVIPAC adapts pickups and trucks to the services each customer wants to offer. Custom builds can include made-to-measure tanks and fuel transfer systems, lubrication equipment, used oil collection, coolant dispensing, and air compressors.

Used Oil Collection
Collection of used oil from workshops and handling of absorbent pads, contaminated sand, and filters in accordance with environmental and safety requirements.
